Non-commercial accounts require payment at the time of shipment.
We offer a variety of convenient payment options-- certified
checks, Money Orders, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Personal checks,
and Company Checks.
Commercial customers may apply for an account. Please contact our
ordering department to receive an application for approval. Please

Shipping
|
GlenMartin is centrally located in the USA. Most items are shipped by UPS.
Items too large for UPS are shipped by motor freight which
is generally as quick, and often less expensive than other means. Always inspect your
delivery when it arrives and verify that packages or crates are undamaged
before
you sign. (If the product is damaged, do not sign for delivery.) Promptly notify us if you have any problems. If an item is shipped
by UPS, you may track your package by requesting tracking
information.

Warranty
|
GlenMartin, Inc. warrants
most products for ONE full year. If our product fails to give the original purchaser complete
satisfaction within one year from the original purchase, return it to GlenMartin for free repair
or replacement. GlenMartin will not be liable for loss or damage to property or any incidental or
consequential loss or expense from property damage due directly or indirectly from the use
of this product.

Returns
|
|
Non-damaged returned
items are subject to a restocking charge and must be accompanied
by an RMA (Returned Material Authorization) number. The RMA
number must be issued by an authorized GlenMartin
representative. Please call (660) 882-2734.
TERMS. In all
cases, permission must be secured from GME within 30 days of
delivery prior to the
returning of any products for credit. All returned products are
subject to a minimum service charge of 20%, plus all
transportation charges, and are subject to inspection by GlenMartin. Returned products must also have proof of purchase (i.e. invoice
no.) and credit will be issued against invoice value. GlenMartin
reserves the sole right to determine amount of credit to be
issued on all products returned for credit. Only standard,
currently manufactured GlenMartin products may be considered for return
and credit. Some items quoted may require special procurement. These items cannot be cancelled or returned after ordered or
shipped. Unsaleable products will be scrapped and no credit
will be received. If returned products are determined to have
no value and Buyer wishes them returned, the Buyer will be
charged return freight. Safety equipment, erection equipment,
insulators, nuts and bolts are not returnable. For our complete
